Departure for & Arrival at Camp
We will leave for camp on Sunday, August 12th. All camp participants who are taking the bus will meet at the Hartford Church Building (1417 Stanley St. New Britain, CT) by 8:00AM.
Notes regarding the departure:
·Camp participants will take communion on both Sundays at Camp Laurel
· Chavon Campbell & Patrick Genova will be in charge of seeing the buses off. If you have any questions when you drop off your teen please see Chavon or Patrick
·Everyone will be eating lunch on the bus. Please make sure your teen brings a bagged lunch for the trip. PLEASE NO NUT PRODUCTS (SANDWICHES, SNACKS, CANDY BARS OR THE LIKE) DUE TO ALLERGIES
Return Buses:
We will be returning on Sunday, August 19th. We will be arriving back at the Hartford Church Building around5:00pm – 7:00pm, depending on traffic. Teenagers will be advised to call their parents when the bus is 30 minutes or 1 hour from the church bldg.
