From New Haven
- From I95 heading south Take exit 38 to Merritt and W. Cross Pkwys (CT-15)
- Merge into Milford Pky
- Bear right onto the ramp to Wheelers Farms Rd
- Merge into CT-15 S
- Take the CT-127 exit 50 to Trumbull
- Bear left onto the White Plains Rd ramp
- Turn left at White Plains Rd
- Turn right at Unity Park Rd
- Follow the park road past the baseball fields and tennis courts to the picnic area on the lower level
From New York
- From I95 heading North take exit 27A to Trumbull/Waterbury
- Merge into CT-25 N/CT-8 N – go 3.4 mi
- Continue on CT-25 N toward Trumbull (CT-15 S)/Danbury
- Take the CT-127/CT-15 S exit 7 to Trumbull
- Bear right onto the CT-127 ramp to Trumbull
- Turn right at White Plains Rd – go 0.6 mi
- Turn right at Unity Park Rd
