Leadership Team
The following members make up the leadership team:

As a leadership team we are continually reaching out to the congegration for input and feedback. Many of you talk with us one on one and we have also put out several surveys.
E-mail Communications
We have created a new e-mail that you can send communications to called leadershipteam@sctcoc.org. When you send an E-mail to that address it will be automatically forwarded to everyone on the leadership team listed above.
Leadership Team Meetings
The leadership is scheduled to meet on the first and third Monday of each month at the Smith’s in Trumbull. In order to work effectively and efficiently, we ask that if anyone wishes to visit and address the team with questions or issues that you use the e-mail above and request a certain date. We will use the first 30 minutes if any leadership meeting to talk with members on any relevant topics.
Suggestions:
- When planning to meet with the whole team, topics should be relevant to the leadership team in general. Otherwise, it would be advisable to meet with individual leaders
- Have your thoughts organized, and if possible send them ahead of time, in order to make the time discussing the topic(s) more effective.
- Keep in mind that we always work from an agenda and have a limited amount of time. If more than 30 minutes is needed, we will need to schedule a different time.
