Hey men, here are the details for the camping retreat this weekend:
 
Location: Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Rt. 121, Cross River NY  (Westchester)
Time: anytime after 11:00am Saturday until 11:00 am Sunday 

We have sites 24,25,26 and 27 Each site has a 3 sided structure that can hold up to 8 men. It looks like we have around 25 men so tents are not needed unless you want to bring one. Each site can have up to two tents.  We can have 2 cars per site so I would suggest  riding with someone.  Additional cars have to park in the parking lot nearby.  The reservation  is under the name  Dennis Wilson.  You can decide which site you want when you get there. They are near each other. PLEASE bring whatever YOU need for camping. Bring your own food and all supplies. Each site has a grill, fire pit and a picnic table. We will have a fire at site 24 Sat. eve. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE FIREWOOD SO PLEASE BRING SOME!!!! If everyone brings a few logs we can have a great fire Sat. eve!

I don’t know how well cell phones work there but call Jeff Schachinger at 203-521-2539 if you have any problems. This is a carry in - carry out situation so be prepared to fully clean up after yourself! There are restrooms nearby.

We will have a communion service together Sunday morning before we leave. (There will also be a communion service at the church building at 3:00.)

Here are the directions: 

• Merritt parkway to exit 38 (rt.123) NORTH.
• Follow to the end and go left on Rt. 35.
• Follow to Rt 121 (the 2nd sign for 121 going down a hill)
• Go left on Rt. 121 and take an immediate left into the Ward Pound Ridge reservation.

Check in at the office and proceed  to the site.  If you give me your name, your name will be on the list the Park office has. I’ll send the final list to everyone when it’s done.
